Just like we have done the past few years, Clark took the day off with plans for us to go down to the water front park and have a day long picnic and watch the planes practice for Thunder Over Louisville, but this is a picture of the waterfront...flooded. A good portion of the waterfront area is just covered in water, and it wasn't long until the rain started to come down again!
We played a little, but we only got to see one little biplane before the rain started coming and no more planes were flying!
As for milestones, this would be the third day and night with no paci for bed! He has been without the paci during waking hours for more than a month now, maybe two! He is doing quite well without it so far. He has other things to keep him comfy and safe, like his teddy bear! And his leapfrog goodnight music book! See, he looks happy!
