Eli ran on Friday night. He ran a 2K in 9:58 with a mile pace of 8:01, coming in 123 out off 246. That's a PR!
Daisy ran an almost 4 K in 16:27 she had a mile pace of around 6:50 though we can't be certain cause the coarse was short. Her first mile was 6:33 and her second mile was 6:19! Amazing! She also PRed for a 4 K. She came in 26th place out of 246 and was the 5th North girl scoring the final points (21 points) helping her team win 1st again! The number 2/3 girl got sick in the middle of the race and had to be carried off so her team had to make up for her and boy did they ever! They won by an amazing 17 points, compared the the usual 7.
Jacob ran his almost 4K in 17:58 coming in 171 out of 322 with a mile pace approximately 7:28. He also had a 4K PR by more than a minute from last year's best 4K. Since the coarse was changed and therefore shortened last minute, coach only got the boys second mile split which was 15:01 for Jacob.
First Place for both boys and girls! Awesome!

Daisy and Jacob both got runner of the week for their hard work and awesome effort at Saturdays race! And the other boy got 1st in the race so he got the "trophy" Louisville Slugger.
