Nighttime races are tough! And this one was super tough! There were between 350-450 per race and there was some tough competition! Daisy has beat her season best ( not best ever) with a 2k time of 9:18, that's a 7:28 mile pace! But, she came in 73 (3rd Harminy girl)! Tough competition!
Jacob always has a rough time with night time races. His focus has worn off by that time. He was two full minutes slower than his daytime speed, but this was his best night time with no walking at 11:28 coming in at 353. He has regrets, but it's ok, he'll try harder next time! We just have to find some way to help him stay focused and remember, his body is trained! He can do it!
