The first race of the season was SO hot and miserable. They did well anyway!

| Daisy ran in the Girls elementary competitive (top 7 from team). Those girls are super duper fast! She did well! She ran in 8:21 and placed 74th. Her time for this race two years ago was 10:16 (they didn't do this one last year.) You can see her results here. |

| Jacob ran great! He ran in the boys elementary Open. He is improving so much this year! He ran his mile in 8:33 and came in 82nd place. His time for this race 2 years ago was 9:27. His results can be seen here. |
Their next race is the Rumble Through the Jungle on Saturday. This is their home race and they are super excited for it! It is a fun one!
