The kids and I arrived in TN on Friday afternoon.
Eli really likes Jada.
On Saturday, Daisy, Eli, Gramma and I went to the First Annual “Sweet Tea Festival”. Ms. Tennessee was there to award Ms. Sweet Tea with her crown and flowers. These were some of the contestants. Only in TN would you find a Camouflage Formal Gown!

Now this was cool. And maybe a cool idea for a “Yard Party” on Halloween. A maze made completely out of cardboard boxes.
Interesting huh? There were little forts and hiding places inside, and a big basket of markers by the entrance for the kids to color the walls.
Eli on his first Mule ride. He enjoyed it, he was clapping!
We stopped to look at the turtle crossing the road. Then we moved him safely to the other side.
Grampa has a train in his shop. The kids, especially Jacob loves spending time out there with grampa. But he is on a mule ride during this picture. He went searching for the turtle with gramma.
Today he is going to do more fishing, if he can be good and stay out of the tackle box! So we’ll try to get some pictures of that too.
