Trinity/Valkyrie

 Daisy ran Trinity in the EXACT same time as last year, which was also her best 3K time last year! 😂

She ran it in 12:33 in very hot weather. She came in 30thout of 201, she was the 7th North girl.

You have to look close in this one to see her. She is behind the OC girl. She has on a Teal headband and her hair is flying. Click on the pic to zoom in. This was a good start for her to be so close to the other top runners this early on in the race!

 

Both the Middle School Boys and the Middle School girls placed 1st for the forth week in a row! Can they continue their winning streak? There has been only 7 points between North and OC for the past couple of races.

 Jacob ran his 3K in 13:39 and came in 129 out of 238 probably his best time this year and only second best middle school pace. His best pace was Tiger run last year at 7:10 and this one was 7:12.

 Eli PRed on a short 1K race. His time was 4:44, giving him a 7:37 mile pace. He came in 140 out of 364. Pretty good! His team (3rd and under) also got a trophy, for 2nd place! The boys looked so excited to get up on stage and claim their prize!
