My babies ran today as NorthEast Striders! A local running club! They are doing a post season 7 week session which includes several races including Nationals, Footlocker and Jr Olympics. Most are too far away and we won't be doing them due to cost and travel. But they all did todays race and Daisy will do Nationals on November 18th North of Cincinnati Ohio! And they will all continue to practice and stay fit for next season.
Eli did so awesome today. He came in last, 29th, but these are super fast kids that do post season! And it paid off cause he had to keep up and he knocked another 23 seconds of his 2K time with a Mile Pace of 8:32!!! Wahoo Eli! He is doing awesome and he loves it! For Practice on Thursday he did 5 miles! He's doing so great!

Daisy came in 13th out of 20something 11-12 YO girls. This was her 2nd best 3K time on a hillier coarse! 12:40 with a 6:48 mile pace!

| Normally teammates at North they raced against each other today! What good sports and hopefully good friends. Reese came in 8th only 17 seconds ahead of Daisy. |
Jacob came in 22 out of 27 with a time of 14:03 and a 7:32 mile pace. Still keeping his mile pace under 8 minutes! Not his best 3k but still consistent! Awesome job! A 7 minute mile pace is nothing to complain about at all! Most can't do that!! It is for sure a tough sport!
