Eli ran the FCA race on Tuesday. He ran 1 mile in 9:42 and came in 112th. He beat his time and got 2 I beat my time awards this week from the Dragon Run and the FCA race!

Capitol View was a 1500 Meter, up hill then down. He ran it in 9:10 and came in 141 out of 181 and his team place 1st! His mile pace was 9:50 which is consistent but did not beat his time this one. Hills are hard!

Daisy and Jacob ran the Greater Louisville Classic. It was their 2nd 4K. This race was huge as you can see from this first pic. This was the boys start!
Jacob raced 1st. He had a time of 19:37 and came in 270 out of 352. His mile pace was 7:53.
Daisy raced last. She came in 52 out of 282 and ran it in 17:08 with a mile pace of 6:53. She did it with a strained leg muscle! She is now resting and icing.

These kids should be proud of the work they have done not matter their places. They are all doing great and improving all the time!
They can't wait for Gramma and Grampa come in a couple weeks to see at least two of them race (different places)!
Next week is 2 races for Eli, Chance Chase and Tates Creek, both new to us. And D and J race The Lexington Catholic, a new to us race but at a familiar coarse, the New Horse Park in Lexington!
