Today was Daisy and Jacob's last Elementary race! Next year they will be North Oldham Mustangs!
It was a chilly but sunny morning in the upper 40s and lower 50s.
Jacob came in 274 with a time of 15:08 for a 3K. It was really crowded with 382 boys and he had a hard time getting past the clusters. But this is not a bad time, with a mile pace of 8:07.
Over all he had a great season having his best time ever at Capitol View and getting his first medal. We are proud of his improvement this year!

Daisy came in 56th out of 348 with a time of 13:55 for a 3K. She missed a medal by only 6, so close! This is only the second race she didn't get a medal in out of 11 races for the year! Her mile pace was 7:28, very consistent for her! This was her 3rd fastest pace for the season!
